职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Develops, implements, and monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with state, provincial and local environmental, health, and safety regulations. Coordinate with related departments to establish and maintain ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system.
建立、完善和维护公司环境安全程序和政策，确保其符合国家、省市及地方关于环境健康安全的规定， 并配合相关部门建立、完善ISO14001和OHSAS18000体系
 
- Ensure all approved and released EHS directives/ policies/ procedures well respected and implemented by daily observation and periodically inspection& audit.
定期进行日常检查和审核，确保制定的安全健康环境政策、程序得到有效执行，对存在的问题提出改进意见和要求，并督促有关部门整改
 
- Maintains safety equipment inventory, performs periodic safety inspections, monitors hazardous waste removal vendors, and may assist in consolidating hazardous wastes.
维护公司安全设备库存，负责公司危废管理与处置，定期进行安全检查
 
- Recommends corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards exist and responsible for the preventive mechanism of work-related injury and accident investigations, root cause analysis, and effective solutions.
提供环境健康安全威胁的正确解决方案，以及负责工伤的预防和发生工伤后的处理
 
- Interacts with others in the administration of the worker’s compensation program and the implementation of workplace ergonomics and program solutions. Ensure the all defined training topics get delivered in good effectiveness and keep training records ，and promote safety awareness.
配合行政部门制定工人赔偿方案以及工作环境设施改善方案。定期进行安全培训，记录安全培训情况, 确保制定的培训计划得以有效执行，提升员工安全意识
 
- Responsible for occupational health management including occupational diseases prevention, physical health check etc.
负责公司职业病的防护管理，职业病体检等相关工作
 
- Also responsible for organizing the training for the operator of special equipment and the test of special equipment.
组织对特种设备检测及特种作业人员的培训，考核
 
- Report and analysis EHS relevant data in terms of sustainability and safety.
提供环境健康和安全方面的可持续性和安全性的分析报告
 
- Maintains liaison with government and related agencies to keep site management updated on the latest applicable EHS legislation, regulations, codes of practice, China and overseas standards.
保持与政府机构、相关方等的沟通，跟踪国内外环保方面的政策法规等最新动向

Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, 6-8 years of related experience
本科以上，6-8年以上工作经验
- Familiar with related EHS system, such as ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.
熟悉EHS相关体系，法律法规
- Good Engilish and communication skill
良好的沟通技巧，具有一定英语能力者优先
- Proactive, Strong Execution
积极主动，优秀的执行力
- Internal Auditor, certified safety engineer is a plus
