职位描述：

Main responsibilities

1.Identify, plan and manage LEAN projects within Operations according to PROMALor DMAIC to increase customer value;

2.Develop and implement lean solutions towards the target condition described by VSM together with team members;

3.Engage, motivate the team members to contribute to the project;

4.Communicate and coach team memebers within own projects;

5.Communicate towards project Steco and management in order to get decision and support;

6.Follow up on time plan and budget according to project specification;

7.Under ALPS, actively drive, promote lean and influence the organization to apply more lean methods in order to support AL to be more competitive;

Requirements for this position

1.Bachelor or equivalent experience in engineering or mechanical background

2.10 years of relevant experience from production/manufacturing company

3.Be open and communicative towards all levels of organization

4.Alfa Laval / Operations concepts and strategies, PROMAL, DMAIC

5.Ability to drive implementation through/together with line management

6.Fluent in English both orally and in written and good MS Office computer skills

7.Strong presentation skill

8.Good communication and interpersonal skill

9.With the sprit of teamwork and initiative

10.With strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation
