Help Desk-Support
 
Job responsibilities:

1. Daily routine computer and computer related hardware troubleshooting
2. Installation and configuration of new computer equipment
3.Hardware support
  Printers ( including Avery labels printers)
 Copiers
  PC
4.Supporting/assisting users
5. Implementing new solutions/technologies
6. Working in team capacity
7.Troubleshooting phone and mobile devices related issues
8. Daily reporting
9.Cabling, cleaning, organizing, etc.
10.Unregulated work hours
 
Requirements:
 
1.Candidate must have good command on written and spoken English
2.Active Directory experience
3.Intermediate networking knowledge (routers, switches, firewalls)
4.Experience with mobile devices
5.Experience with PC hardware, copiers and printers

Help desk 支持
岗位基本职责
1. 电脑及电脑相关硬件的日常支持维护。
2. 安装配置新的电脑或设备。
3. 硬件技术支持
打印机（包括爱丽标签打印机）
复印件
电脑
4. 对用户的技术支持/协助。
5. 新的解决方案/技术的部署实施。
6. 团队协作能力。
7. 解决固定电话及移动电话相关问题。
8. 日常汇报。
9. 弱电综合布线，清洁，整理，等等。
10. 不定时工作时间。
能力要求
1. 面试者需具备良好的英文听说及读写能力。
2. AD域相关的工作经验。
3. 一定的网络设备相关基础（路由器，交换机，防火墙）。
4. 移动设备配置的相关经验。
5. 电脑，打印机（爱丽标签打印机），复印件相关设备维护经验。 举报 分享
