职位描述：

Main Responsibilities

- Development and upgrading of application engineering capabilities, driving engineering excellence for HTS China Industrial products.

- Work closely with customers, sales team, and internal application engineering in order to provide right solution for our business.

- Lead application engineering team to conduct performance calculation, model selection, costing calculation of Industrial coils and coolers.

- Introduce, localize & optimize technical solutions from other regions.

- Work closely with sales team on marketing request to develop new products and technical solutions in support of expanding the business.

- Develop company application engineering standard.

- Develop company technical presentations for sales and provide technical training to sales, drafting, and process engineering staff.

- Other duties assigned by superior.

Background Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Thermodynamics or Refrigeration Engineering or Mechanical Engineering in heat exchange facility, or HVACR, as well as other equivalent.

- At least 8 years’ experience in product engineering in heat exchanger or HVACR manufacturing industry among which at least 3 years managerial experience in product engineering in MNCs.

- Well versed in design tools such as Pro-E, Solidworks and AutoCAD etc,

- Engineering experience from heat transfer/heat exchangers or if further electrical engineering experience would be preferred.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Customer-oriented, Innovative,self-motived,ambitious for high performance and career success

- Fluent English in speaking & writing.
