职责描述：

1.Ensure the site wide shift operation to be in compliance with Dupont Core Value (Safety, Health, Environment, Respect People and Business Ethics Standards).

2.Ensure safety, quality and other policy/system/procedure to be followed in the shift.

3.Responsible for shift personnel management (goal setting and performance management) , training, development and implementing progression plans for personnel in the shift.

4.Responsible for the competency buildup for the shift.

5.Responsible for one shift’s product quality, production schedule to meet requirement.

6.Responsible for achieving the operations excellent metrics.

7.Coordinate process, quality, maintenance and other resources to timely address the related problems or issues in the shift.

8.Ensure the resources are utilized to the optimal in the shift in terms of manpower, machines, utilities and etc.

任职资格：

1. Education Background

? Diploma or above, with major in Chemical, Mechanical or Electric engineering. Bachelor degree is preferred.

? Could be exceptional if there is 5 years and above shop floor management experience with very good inter-personnel skills and motivation skills.

2. Skills and knowledge

? Good time management, organization and coordination skills. Can manage several projects/issues simultaneously and work under pressure.

? Strong at interacting with different functions, levels, especially with shopfloor.

? Be able to coach, handle and resolve inter-personnel conflicts.

? Be a strong team player, initiator, enthusiast and driver to accomplish production tasks.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes.

? Written and oral English capability are preferred.

3.Working Experience

? At least 5 year working experience with chemical related multi-national company

? 2 years of process, quality or maintenance related manufacturing experience

? 2 years of working experience in shift management or related people management.
