职位描述：
Accountabilities（职责）:
1. customer visiting, developing new customer in the charged area
开发负责区域内的新客户
2. daily maintain the exist customers
维护负责区域内的老客户
3. handling inquiry from customer,sales or oversea agent
针对客户以及公司内部海外销售的询价进行报价
4. update selling rate & instruction in Customer Profile for nomination cargo
根据客户的需求进行报价以及操作要求的维护和更新
5. handle cargo claims with the information obtained fm operation
协调客户的投诉
6. make calls to potential/existing / old customers to generate new business
对客户定期拜访，以挖掘新的机会
7. review new business potentiality
定期梳理分析潜在的生意机会
8. joint visit to customer with overseas
和海外同事进行客户的联合拜访
9. handle feedback fm customer & overseas
对于客户以及海外同事的诉求进行反馈

Education（教育）:
？ Bachelor degree or above with major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant.
物流，外贸或相关专业本科及以上

Skills（技巧）:
？ Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, oral and written
良好的中英文书面及口语表达能力 良好
？ Communication skills - spoken and written
良好的书面及口头沟通技巧
？ Negotiation and interpersonal skills
良好的商务谈判及人际交往技巧
？ Conflict resolution and emergency handling skills
善于处理冲突和应对紧急状况
？ Proficient in using PC software (MS Windows)
精通办公室常用电脑软件进行有效率的工作

Experience /Knowledge（工作经验）:
？ Around 2-3 years of experience in a related capacity for an international freight forwarding company (preferred)
2-3年左右以上相关工作经验，有货代工作经验着优先
？ Knowledge of International Trade and relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures
熟悉外贸知识及相关法规、制度、流程
