职位描述：

Job Description:

Real-time monitor production line quality performance and LEAD online engineering team to resolve day-to-day line quality issue in a timely manner.

LEAD online team for failure analysis, and work with team for continuous improvement of line product quality, assuring the manufacturing quality.

Feedback line failure (due to raw material issue) to SQE for driving supplier corrective actions, and follow up with SQE till to the effective actions available.

Make sure that all the quality related documentations are all available (transferred from NPI team) and be implemented by each product.

Make sure new project transferred to production line smoothly and drive each cross function relate document complete.

Review and evaluate qualification build and follow up new product corrective action

Review and verify ECO implementation status

Have the right to suggest the modification of related work instructions in line.

To be the quality representative in daily SIM meeting, be sure that all the necessary info would be passed to quality internal relevant guy for actions.

Conduct weekly quality review meeting and coordinate with engineering team for CA and its implementation.

Instruct and coach IPQC&FQC inspectors for process quality control and final quality inspections.

Participate in the discussion / conference call with supplier or mother plant for material issue under SQE’s leadership.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor or above degree

Job Related Experience: Electronic and electronics related

Business Understanding: Prefer OEM field working experience

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent English
