职位描述：
主要职责Main Responsibilities：
1. 持续运用精益生产的方法和原理，分析公司现有状况，提出工作方法改进方案，以降低制造成本和时间，以及提高生产率、产量以及产品质量；
Continuously utilize lean production methods and theories, and analyze existing status, then make proposal for improving working methods so as to minimize costs and time, increase yields and productivity, and improve the product quality.
2. 参与研究生产能力和制造流程，推荐有效的生产工序和工作流程，最大化地利用生产设备设施和人员；
Participate in studies on production capacity and manufacturing procedures, and recommend most efficient production process and workflow in order to maximize utilization of production facilities and personnel.
3. 协调卓越运营管理项目的贯彻实施，为各项卓越运营活动提供工程服务和建议，并按需出具相关报告；Coordinate implementation of operation excellence, provide engineering service and advice to OOE activities, and submit relevant reports as request.
4. 参与优化物料在生产环节的流转；
Participate in the optimization of material flow in the production process.
5. 支持技术人员持续改进生产工艺；
Support technical colleagues to continuously improve production process.
6. 为相关人员进行必要的培训。
Implement necessary training for relevant employees.
任职要求Job Requirements：
1. 工业工程或机械制造专业全日制本科学历Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Manufacturing;
2. 掌握精益生产/工业工程相关理论知识，5年以上相关工作经验 Master theoretical knowledge of Lean/IE; At least 3 years of related experiences.
3．熟练的英语书面、口语交流能力 Proficient English in both written and oral
4. 熟练使用各种办公软件 Skilled in office software 举报 分享
