职位描述：
Mission:
As planner you play an important role in the supply chain and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the parts ordering and following up, and also customer contact and production plan.
You are responsible for ensuring parts availability on the production line in order to guarantee machine deliveries according to agreed delivery dates.
In this position you will work in close contact with the supplier on the one side and the customer on the other side.

Job description:
Order the parts according to the correct and agreed supply chain procedures by BPCS in time.
Get feedback from customer center and work with flow team to come up with solution, the final goal is improve customer satisfaction.
Co-operate with forklift driver to send order by scanner once scanner implement in production line.
Chasing supplier to confirm the PO in Be2net after place order, confirm deviation in Be2net with supplier
Follow up the parts delivery status with suppliers and transfer the information to customer contact.
Make the delivery performance analyze report of supplier.
Stock improvement plans together with flow team to keep stock in production line in safety level.
Follow up parts phase in/phase out, and DN procedure.
Monthly forecast to supplier in BPCS.
Making the balanced production plan according to the information of order and parts stock status for production line with co-operation with supply chain team.
Take action to get accurate stock in BPCS and responsible for inventory management.
Analyze FIFO situation in production line to keep healthy stock management.
Supplier safety stock follow and analyze
Arrange level meeting and Maintain finished goods stock target with different customer center.
Arrange packing and logistics with customer center for unit delivery.
Pre-invoice communication with suppliers
Task assigned by manager

Experience requirements
Experience of production planning or material planning
Being familiar with oil injection screw compressors is a plus

Knowledge
Strong organization/communication skills.
Educational requirements
College or above in Engineering or Logistics.
Fluent in Microsoft Office Application

Personality requirements
Customer oriented: customer first
Skillful in follow up
You have strong reporting skills
Team player
Carefulness is necessary.
