职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE:

To responsible for internal process quality control and improvement using quality tools. Following BIQ , CPS principles to build 5 capability for all quality events. Compline with CQMS requirement to assure system procedure followed.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Responsible for coordinate for quality problem solving following BIQ principles and set up stop capability to prevent quality events occurrence.
2. Responsible for all events are sorted , closed and verified in timely in AQE system
3. Responsible for new engine list quality gates checklists update and regular review for current checklists.
4. Responsible for line SWS audit and control points audit. Assure all key control characteristics are in control and process capability is monitored and controlled.
5. Attending design change implement meeting and to give quality risk assessment about any impact for current product process control.
6. Responsible for new product first batch engines inspection and approve.
7. Quick response for any quality issues, highly for customer issues to setup stop capability first.
8. Attending FPMEA/Control plan regular meeting and proactive any process control risk and action driven.
9. Responsible for all quality metrics meet target and provide required quality data and analysis report to drive RCCA.
10. Responsible for material recycle and scrap judgement and parts contamination control.

Required Qualifications:
1.Knowledge and experience of APQP and related tools: FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP etc.
2.Profound experience on quality assurance, esp. on quality problem solving tools like 8D.
3.Ability to read and understand technical blue-prints & engineering specifications
4.>5 years Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control , skilled in Quality control 7 tools , process capability, Gauge R&R
5. Be familiar with ISO9001/TS16949 quality management system.
6.Engine background preferred / Mechanical Engineering
7. Six sigma knowledge , MiniTab experience preferred
8.Strong problem solving competency with critical thinking
9.Fluent English communication skills
