主要负责production operation process中实际和预定计划的差距，有哪些可以提高的空间
利用数学分析能力，持续去做改善
良好的沟通能力
具有计划性和规划性，良好的逻辑思维能力
能够准确分析，需要改善的地方，以及对应负责的部门
需要有精益求精的精神，持续去优化。
5年以上相关工作经历
工程师背景，接受生产出生背景，要求做持续流程改善
无行业限制
OEE: Overall Equipment Effeciency
系统：SAP/Oracle
能理解并运用lean method， 5s

Job description Time & Method:
The follow things are the mandatory skills that the person that we search for this position must have:
1. Higher capability and responsibility to following very well the ITT roles(Safety,Quality,Productivities)
2. Very good skills on the Team Work
3. Very good skills on the communication with the people
4. Very good skills to understand the needs of the people
5. Higher understanding skills of technical things
6. Higher skills on the problem solving
7. Higher skills on the root cause analysis
8. Higher skills to do analysis of the loss and gain(cost analysies)
9. Available to learn fast and different things(Safety, Quality, Process Management, People Management)
10. Higher competence on the 5S activities, Lean activities, TPM activities,
11. Higher flexibility to choose the priority according to the company roles
12. Higher capability competence level to understand the performance of the machines and all the phase of the processes
13. Higher capability to check the cycle time of the each operation and compare to the SAP routing
14. Higher capability to define the best cycle time for each process
15. Higher capability to check the productivities of the lines
16. Very good capability to define the ergonomic work place for each area and the proper lay out of the machines
17. Very open view during the Gemba Walk
18. Very fast in the movement and always interesting to check the performance of the line and the people
19. Able to manage the overstress and the pression from the top management
20. Higher passion for the continuous improvement even when the target are reach
21. Capability to work almost in the shop floor close to the machines and to the production lines
22. Good knowledge of SAP System(production data management,upgrade of the work cycle)
23. Available to work in overtime
24. Available to work during week end
25. Good skill with PC Office program
