职位描述：
职能概述
1. Work in Testing Group to taking care of PC base Tester and equipment.?Execute the testing request from all projects.
2. Analyze and report out the testing result, then work with Design team to find solution to resolve problem to support the project plan.
3. Develop the new testing SW/HW according R&D request and product feature during NPI, and release them to production.
4. Optimize the testing procedure to find a way to reduce cycle time.
5. Maintain testing SW/HW to reach good performance of testing to ensure the task is completed on time.
6. Revise the equipment according to product request to meet testing request.

岗位要求：
1.Software experience with LabVIEW, matlab /CVI programming.
2.Rigorous, and strong analytical skills with ability to work independently and effectively.
3.Bachelor degree in electric/ electronics engineering, Experience in develop testing or control systems.
4.Minimum 5 years of direct or relevant working experience.
5.Knowledge and understanding of digital and analog circuit design will be high preferred .
6.Quality Improvement knowledge in DOE, CTQ, and Yield. 举报 分享
