职位描述：
work location: Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, PRC

Major Responsibilities:

-Establish and manage the subsidiary company in Wuxi, be responsible for managing the business in China, incl. sales and Marketing activities
-Develop and take care of sustainable relationship with customers and business partners in Asia
-Define targets of projects, production and sales to actively ensure the business running
-Observe the market and identify chances and risks
-Establish and work with a good functional organization structure
-Work as a ?bridge“ between the Chinese subsidiary company and the headquarters in Germany
-Support and push the projects in China
-Prepare and negotiate the contacts/agreements locally


Basic Requirements:

-Age 35-55, based in Wuxi, bachelor degree in technical fields, e.g. manufacturing technology, machinery, mechatronics, electrical engineering etc.
-Minimum 8 years experience on comparable top management position, with outstanding management skills and leading competence, strong at communication, with entrepreneur thinking and proactive customer orientation
-With rich experience in project development or sales in conveyor- or automation-related industry
-With intercultural competence and skills
-Have strong sense of responsibility, can word under pressure, reliable, with team spirit, can word independently
-Good command of oral/written English
-With knowledge in contract law
