职位描述：
Job Description:
1. To lead and guide SQEs in the implementation of SQE Business Processes in the areas of supplier / material qualification, supplier audit, quality contract with supplier and supply quality management
2. To develop SQE and take proactive leadership on material quality issues with suppliers Incoming QA inspection - to provide resources for incoming QA inspection and ensure compliance to the established business processes
3. To continuously improve Quality Management System according to customers and regulatory agency requirement. ISO9001 and TS16949
4. To administrate / coordinate plantwide system self assessment.
5. To monitor effectiveness of quality management system through quality audits.
6. To ensure OS quality management systematic are fully comply within all relevant parties.
7. To enhance document management systematic and act as custodian of quality records.
8. To lead quality management system team and provide guidance to the team members.
9. To ensure the quality management team follow and comply to established procedures and standards.
10. To set up improvement activities within QMS team and montior status of projects.
11. To develop QMS team in both soft and hard skills.
12. To manage QMS cost center

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor in Engineering -Material / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Fairly extensive – 8 to 10 years related working experience
3. Problem Solving Tools, Auditing skill, ISO/TS16949 requirement, basic SPC knowledge and BE Manufactring Pocesses
4. Able to lead engineers to analyse and solve problem, conduct audit and request corrective actions from suppliers. 举报 分享
