Responsibility:
- Customer order follow up(from order receiving till order delivery)
- RMA order processing, include repair, replace and return.
- DC Inventory control.
- Sales administration and compliance, including SAP mater data control, contract/price review ,internal team training and export control etc.
- Continuously supply good service both before-sales and after-sales
- Coordinate functions with other departments to expedite resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor transportation related and keep stock accuracy.
- Other assignment from manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Above 3 years experience in Customer Service / Sales Administration / Purchasing & Planning / Logistics
- Good English communication skills
- SAP SD / MM knowledge is a plus
- Excellent Excel, Word, PPT skills
- Customer oriented, proactive, team work spirit. Can work under pressure.
