? 负责一个班次的运转，完成生产计划
? 负责本班员工纪律和安全管理以及本班人员的培训
? 负责管理架模工和辅助工的日常工作
? 维持有效的生产过程控制完成可靠的产能
? 达成质量要求和良率目标
? 设备和模具的日常管理并做好与模具工,设备技术员的日常沟通
? 车间5S和目视化管理
? 控制产线的物料减少报废
? 负责生产每日的记录和相关数据的收集，例如停机记录，产量等
? 及时汇报车间异常情况
? 其他主管安排的工作
技能要求：
? 高中或大专以上机械专业毕业，最好有冲压生产经验
? 3年以上班长车间管理经验
? 良好的团队合作精神
? 良好的问题解决能力
? 一般的电脑技能
? 有车间浪费控制和减少的经验
? 基本的员工激励技能
? 具有一般的英语技能
