职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1.Take responsible for Wuxitec's building and utilities including power room, AHU, air compressor,fire fighting system, crane and forklift etc.
2.Set up routine and preventive maintenance plan for each utilities and building which will leads to high uptime.
3. Supervise and participate in preventive maintenance and repair.
4.Organize the daily work of facility section.
5.Develop facility blue collars' skill and knowledge by on job coaching.
6.Spare parts budget planning and management.
7.Keep and update all related equipment documentation and inspection & maintenance record.(ISO 9001 system requirement)
8.Take responsible for the improvement projects for the Wuxitec building and utilities
9.Act as a 5S promoting team member to implement SHE policy and standards, ensure compliance with local legislation.
10.Take responsible to the entire official approves procedure and documentation.
11.Supervise and guide sub-contractors activities that contracted with ACWX, involved construction, repair, maintenance, security, visitors etc.

Main Requirement:
Experience requirements
1. More than 5 years of working experience in multinational company.
 2. More than 5 years of working experience for utilities and building.

Knowledge
1.Bachelor degree, major in Electrical/mechanical/Civil engineering
2.HV operation license
3.Electrical network license
4.Good oral and written English
