职位描述：
The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.
Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Every day, billions of people come into contact with Bühler technologies to cover their basic needs for foods, mobility, or communication.

Bühler China is the competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.

Duties

• Autonomous conducting of single machine start up at local customers sites, including subsequent reporting 在客户现场自主地进行单机启动调试，包括提供后续报告
• Support of Sales, Quotation and Fulfillment with technical matters of equipment 销售与报价支持，负责设备相关技术问题
• Perform plant start-up of standard solutions with Handover certificate 负责一项标准工艺解决方案的工厂调试以及移交证明书
• Creating of a flour milling flow chart with worked out details 创建一个带具体细节的制粉工艺流程
• Creating of another grinding system with the aid of instruction or on Basic examples 创建另一个带辅助说明或基本示例的粉磨系统
• Technological customer consulting 客户技术咨询
• Carrying out control system acceptance procedures 执行控制系统验收程序
• Customer consulting on spare and wear parts, retrofit packs, service contracts, and eBusiness solutions 负责备件和易损件，改装套件，服务合同，以及电子商务解决方案的客户咨询
• Training of customer personnel on site or at the Training Center 在现场或在培训中心对客户方进行培训
• Involvement in new developments 参与新的培训
• Share Knowledge with other team members 和团队其他成员共享专业知识

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, major in Grain Process 本科以上学历，粮工专业
• More than three years related working experience in flour industry 三年以上制粉行业相关工作经验
• Good knowledge of the Grain Milling range of equipment 具备一定的制粉设备专业知识
• Excellent knowledge of English as the corporate language in its spoken and written forms 良好的英语口语和写作能力
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, IBM, SAP Basic and other additional programs 对MS Office, IBM, 基础的SAP和其他额外的程序软件有良好的认知
• Sound knowledge in the areas of food safety, ATEX, and safety analysis plus knowledge of relevant safety regulations 对食品安全，防爆，安全分析以及相关的安全法规知识方面有一定的认知
• Basic knowledge of all laboratory methods that are applied in a modern grain mill 对于应用于现代谷物磨粉机上的所有实验室检测方法有基本的专业知识
• Explaining and consulting skills 良好的解释和咨询技巧
• Good time management skills 良好的时间管理技巧
• Systematic and efficient problem-solving abilities 具有系统性和高效性解决问题的能力
