职位描述：
As engine system/component engineering owner, lead new component design, conduct DFMEA and DVP & R, execute DVP, and write TAN and EDR etc following product realization process. Always chase low cost & robust design and provide engineering support for component re-sourcing and localization, also support internal & external customers as component expert.

Responsibilities：
? Design engine component to meet product engineering target & customer requirement
? Prepare and chair design review meeting
? Conduct DFMEA, work out DVP & R (design verification plan & report), execute DVP on time as project plan
? Collaborate with SDE to make APQP process completely followed up for new component development
? Lead myNPI issue to be fixed
? Chase low cost design and lead engineering validation for component re-sourcing & localization
? Write TAN (Technical Authority Note) & EDR (Engine Design Requirement)
? As system/components owner, advise and answer engineering questions which come from cross function team and customers, high frequently collaboration teams include SDE, Buyer, Application Engineer,Product Team and Sales & Marketing.
? Supplier visit to help with supplier process improvement

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above in Engine/Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
? 3+ years of component engineering design & development experience
? 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in Pro/E and/or other model and drawing design assistance system
? Good at multitasking optimizing and deliver desired result under challenging requirement of quality, cost & timeline.
? Good English oral and written communication skills
? Good team collaboration
? Good communication
? High customer focusing & high urgency sense to customer requirement
? Willing to travel frequently (10% of year, max)
? Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office software (Excel, Powerpoint etc)

Desired Experience:
? Engine component design & development experience
? Familiar with engine structure and work environment
