职位描述：
Your Role
  1. Optimize process of diamond wire project for higher product specification and quality stability ;
  2. Come up with the idea for new design or equipment upgrade ;
  3. Cooperate with BTEC about equipment upgrade and design ;
  4. Make data analysis for problem solving and further improvement ;
  5. Solve process problems during production ;
  6. Follow the EHS and safety rules and ensure there is no violation of operation rules

Your Profile
  1. Master degree with min 1 year or Bachelor with min 3 working experience, with major in electroplating/electrochemistry, metal material or material processing ;
  2. Experience in half product process, or electroplating industry ;
  3. Good project management skills & systematic way of working ;
  4. Innovative and critical thinking ;
  5. Good spoken and written English skills ;
  6. Good communication skills ;
