? Responsible for recruiting, managing and achieving efficient resource output from all members in the QA department.

? Work closely with other department to solve quality problems and to establish standard working procedures.

? Lead Departmental and cross Departmental Improvement Projects

? Implement Group’s quality management system in accordance with the Owners and Board of Directors requirements. Oversee the implementation of the quality control procedures and policies and ensure conformity with legal and corporate specifications and standards.

? Provide technical expertise to manufacturing operations in establishing, evaluating and implementing total quality management systems.

? Continuous improvement of the quality systems and the products.

? Develop the team’s competence through training and development

? Take care of incoming inspection function

? Direct the inspection and testing procedures of incoming and outgoing finished parts and products.

? Responsible for liaison with external parties, such as customers, Quality System Certification bodies and Quality System Agencies on matters relating to quality.

? Make an Internal Quality Audit agenda every year and monitor the effectiveness of the Internal Quality Auditing implementation.

? The Quality Manager has the responsibility and the authority, if necessary, to stop production or delivery.

? Maintain records of all customer complaints, and review them with the Production Manager and related departments to resolve the complaints.

Required Education & Experiences:
教育背景及相关经验：

? University Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or similar
大学本科学历，机械工程或类似专业优先
? Minimum 8-10 years working experience in manufacturing industries. Minimum 5 years working experience as a QC/QA/EHS Manager.
至少8-10年制造行业工作经验。至少5年以上质量/安全经理工作经验

Required competencies:

? Manage a team of quality professionals in production environment in within auto or heavy machinery industry

? Understand the machining, assembly processes and die casting processes and controlling principle well.

? Mature in managing and partnering with suppliers.

永豪（无锡）压铸有限公司是意大利优特卡洛旗下瑞典永豪（Ljunghall）集团在全球投资的第三家全资子公司。公司于2015年8月19日正式成立，落户于无锡市惠山经济开发区。公司投资总额为4950万美元，注册资本为2050万美元。主要从事高端铝合金产品的压铸及机械加工。主要客户为乘用车和商用车的主机厂以及部分一级供应商。我们首期投产运行的项目是沃尔沃三缸和四缸发动机的下缸体。
