职位描述：
As a service engineer for APAC, his/her job includes post-sales product repair, system installation, customer training, on-site troubleshooting, etc. of our Motion Control products. He/She will also need to provide technical support to customer’s pre-sales inquiries and implementation problems during application.

Responsibility:
Support to implement a written territory business strategy. To implement the strategy, the service engineer should be able to conduct following responsibility.
I. Post-sales support
- Address customer’s questions for product application
- Product repair in Wuxi factory
- Field installation, customer training
- Field troubleshooting and repair
II. Pre-sales support
-Address customer’s pre-sales inquiries, e.g. product parameters, application, etc., per email, phone call, …
III. Prepare technical documents of Motion products for, e.g. marketing activities, Newsletters, etc.

Scope of supported products: Motion Control products, Picomotor, PZT stage, Motorized actuators

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years work experience in relevant fields
- Hands-on experience with motion control systems; knowledge of control theory or signal processing; familiar with electric motors, feedback sensors
- Proficient with at least one popular programming language
- Experience with industrial control system or automation equipment is a plus
- Fluent in English and can speak to express his/her ideas; ability to clearly and logically write in English
- Team working and willing to grow
- Self-motivated
- Willing to do business travel and accommodate customer’s needs 举报 分享
