职位描述：
Work Location: Wuxi & Suzhou
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate ICS (Internal Control System) work of system maintenance and annual follow-up testing in China Region
2. Conduct evaluation projects on selected procedures & processes within OMF China Finance to ensure they are effective, efficient and fully compliant with China GAAP, IFRS and Group Finance requirements
3. Work with all associated functions inside and outside of Finance to sustain a solid internal control environment and drive self-audit process across all OMF China entities
4. Develop annual ICS Testing plan and manage ICS Testing work in the region with minimal supervision.
5. Draft ICS Testing findings and recommendations for discussion with local management if required
6. Develop and maintain quality assurance standards, controls and processes within OMF China Finance Shared Services
7. Conduct quality checks & reporting on sample transaction for all processes
8. Identify risks & weaknesses and drive for optimizations on processes within Finance Shared Service scope
9. Lead continuous improvement projects and ensure their completion on schedule
10. Co-ordinate with auditors to facilitate all kind of auditing processes
11. Monitor audit gap closure and recommend preventative actions to the associated teams
12. Follow up on Management Action Plans and Audit findings remediation
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above with finance or accounting major
2. 6-8 years of experience in internal control, senior accounting or costing positions in multinational companies in a manufacturing industry
3. SAP is a must while Cognos as a plus
4. Sound oral English skills
5. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and concepts in PRC and IFRS GAAP
6. Process Improvement mindset with experience in defining finance processes and internal controls
7. Strong interpersonal communication skills to interface effectively with all levels in the organization
8. Strong analytical skill and collaboration style
9. Ability to work effectively with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
10. A self-starter with a drive for results, change & adaptability and leveraging resources
11. Professional presence and positive to Change Management
12. Customer oriented mindset with attitude and ability to define and meet customer’s expectations
