职位描述：
法律顾问Legal Consultant

工作内容：
1.Responsible for handling all kinds of lawsuits and arbitration of disputes etc. to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company;
负责处理公司发生的各类诉讼仲裁纠纷等，保护公司合法权益；
2.Responsible for company AR collection related legal affairs, forensics and litigation;
负责公司拖欠应收帐款的法律事务，催收，取证及诉讼；
3.Responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, contracts etc.;
负责起草、审阅法律文书、协议、合同等法律文本；
4.Establish and maintain communication channels with relevant governmental authorities,court,lawyer firm as required;
与相关政府部门，法院，律所建立并保持联系；
5.Choose, cooperate and manage external lawyer to solve the cases;
负责企业外聘律师的选择、联络及管理工作；
6.Go through all contracts and search for potential legal risks before chopping it. Consult with the responsible salesman and find a reasonable way to resolve the problem if necessary;
必要时检查所有合同，在敲章前找出合同中潜在的法律风险，咨询相关销售员，并找到合理的方式来解决问题；
7.Hold the training related to legal affairs;
开展与企业生产经营相关的法律咨询、培训和宣传工作；
8.Other tasks by supervisor,GM.
完成上级主管及总经理下达的任务。

工作资格：
1.Bachelor degree in law.More than 3 years relevant work experience,Rich experience in lawsuits,own experience in suing customers for payment and court cases with jurisdiction in far-away places;
法律专业，具有3年以上相关工作经验，诉讼案件方面有丰富的经验，亲自处理客户付款相关的诉讼及处理外地管辖庭审案件;
2.With major corporate and law firm experience is preferred;
具备大型企业及律师事务所工作经验者优先考虑；
3.Pass the national judicial examination and get legal profession qualification certificate;
通过国家司法考试、具有法律职业资格证书；
4.Good command of both spoken and written English;
英语口语及书写流利；
5.Strong personality (need to withstand the pressure he/she may get from our sales-team);
个性和耐压性强（能够承受来自销售团队的压力）；
6.Accuracy, exactness, correctness, organization skills, teamwork and communication skills.
