职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1.Define and design the tools, fixture and programes for all the production parts and packaging methods.
2.Monitor and improve the production process (load/unload, machining, packaging, time, and so on).
3.Analyze the new code of products and prepare process documents and other related documents.
4.Drawing and related documentation management.
5.Take in charge of all the technical problems in on-site workshop, analyze the root cause of the failure and develop further improvements.
6.Cooperate with QC dep. To ensure that the production and quality process can match together to ensure the stability and the quality of the process.
7.Define and improve the working SOP in lean production.
8.Prepare and follow up ordinary and extraordinary maintanance and prepare spare parts list.
9.Develop new systems to increase the efficency and quality rate month by month and year by year.
10.Make extraordinary activity according to T&M supervisor's instruction.

Requirement:
1. College or above, major in mechanical.
2. >3years related working experience in mechanical manufacturing background.
3.Sovid skills in MS and CAD.
4. Have related experience of process documentation editing, SOP is plus.
