岗位职责：
1、根据公司物流业务拓展的战略规划，负责年度营销目标和营销策略的制定。
2、负责开拓市场业务，积极挖掘新客户，深度开发老客户，实施战略大优客户的开发，确保公司年度物流销售指标的完成。
3、管理销售团队，规范销售流程，负责物流销售团队业务技巧的提升，定期组织营销培训。
4、分析市场潜力，发现销售机会，通过市场调研和数据测算，提出定制化、创新性的客户开发方案。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，管理、营销类专业。
2、5年以上工作经验，3年以上物流行业销售经理岗位工作经验，有第三方物流公司销售经理工作经验者优先。
3、熟悉物流行业营销制度及流程，具有客户及物流供应商资源，对客户开发和管理有深刻认识者优先。
4、有敏锐的市场意识和独立开拓市场的能力，具备较强的客户分析、资源调研、营销策划、客户谈判和团队管理能力。
5、具有强烈的进取心，快速应变，精力充沛，身体健康，能承担较大工作压力。
6、熟悉运用OFFICE等办公软件及电脑操作；能够接受公司区域性分配。
