Responsibilities:

1.Drafting administrative policies and regulations, preparing internal admin memo announcement and subsequently supervising the implementation of all administrative policies and regulations of the company.
2.To source, evaluate, negotiate and maintain admin vendors and contracts.
3.To supervise outsourced admin service, including security, cleaning, shuttle bus, working meal, etc., to ensure a professional and harmony working environment for all our employees.
4.In charge of office facility maintenance management.
5.Security system daily monitoring and maitenanence, including but not limited to visitor, public area management.
6.To monitor admin expenses and make cost control.
7.To organize company annual activities, such as annual dinner, outing, etc.
8.To assist safety dept. to follow up necessary activities upon request.
9.Responsible for all office administrative affairs, such as travel arrangement (incl. flight/train ticket, accommodation, visa, invitation letter, etc.), reception, courier, office furniture & equipment, company car, cleaning service, office supplies, etc.
10.Company license maintain and management.
11.Responsible for weekly business meeting minutes.
12.Public relationship maintenance as required.
13.Other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree, major in administration, English or relative is preferred.
2. More than 3 years relevant administration experience in multinational companies.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Good computer skills in WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
5. Excellent team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills.
6. Independent, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and highly self-motivated.
7. Be able to work under pressure.
