Responsibilities:
- Follow the quality procedures and quality manuals, as well as the project flowing procedure.
- Coordinate with accountants on checking the correctness of monthly billing record.
- Check all submitted documents and chase the missing parts from clients.
- Handle clients' enquiries and provide quotes.
- Monitor closely the status of project progress and act as a bridge between engineers and customers.
- Make sure all files and records are kept properly.
- Ensure full payment collected duly and keep client posted of certificate readiness.
- Other duties as instructed.
Requirements:
- Bacheler degree or above,Chemical background will be better.
- 2+ years working experience in customer service related job.
- Good interpersonal skills and team work spirits.
- Good command of both written and oral English, CET-4 is a must.
- Mature and independent.
