Report to: Commercial & Programs Director

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare trading quotation based on customer request and get approval from management.
2. Quote to customer and keep communicating with them in order to get the official purchase order.
3. As a commercial window to help customers solve concerns or any questions.
4. Maintain and file sales work documents as a regular record for reviewing both for hard and soft copies.
5. Maintain selling prices based on latest PO or contract in company’s ERP system.
6. Create sales order and maintain the delivery docket tracking list to support internal department communication and logistic arrange goods delivery smoothly.
7. Load and update customer demand in system for production programs.
8. Responsible to coordinate other internal departments for the marketing activities in customer spot and in automotive exhibition.
9. Make the automotive general industry and competitors marketing trend analysis and target customer’s business chance analysis.
10. Assist the sales forecasting process by analysing and presenting the market conditions.
11. Liaise with Program Managers and the team members to ensure project information is correct and up to date.
12. Other works assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:
？ At least bachelor in commerce or relevant disciplines

Experience:
？ 3+ years of experience in a Commercial administration role
？ Proven internal and external customer service orientation

Skills & Knowledge:
？ Intermediate computer skills Word, PowerPoint, accounting software package (Receivable/Payable)
？ Advanced computer skills in Excel desirable
？ Good presentation skills
？ Strong business acumen
？ Thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable/Payable function
？ Familiar with seating products
