主要职责：

1. 根据各整车开发项目进度及质量要求，负责底盘硬点、K&C特性的设计开发工作；

2. 根据项目要求定义VTS中的R&H目标，并指导工程师对相应的性能做出计算分析，并发布对各个系统的IDSR要求；

3. 组织本系统的工程师按计划完成各阶段的工程交付物（R&H计算报告、跑偏计算分析、SRS分析、VTS目标定义等），并对交付物质量审核把关；

4. 组织工程开发阶段TIR等问题的分析解决；

5. 组织实施本系统工程能力建设。

任职资格：

1. 机械工程类或汽车工程相关专业本科或以上学历；

2. 5年以上汽车行业工作经验，3年以上同类岗位工作经验，要求目经验；

3. 具备较强的组织协调和沟通能力、良好的人际关系处理能力和团队合作精神；

4. 熟练使用办公软件及CATIA、Adams等软件，对车辆动力学有深入的理解，具备底盘架构及性能问题解决的工程经验，具备一定的车辆实际驾驶经验；
