职位描述：
1.负责执行电话销售计划，寻找目标客户，主动联系客户，推广介绍公司产品。
2.针对上级制定的业务按照推广方案进行宣传和销售, 提高客户满意度。
3.按照公司要求进行目标客户的搜集与整理，了解新客户的需求，为公司不断开拓市场占有率。
4.对新老客户进行电话回访、调查，了解对公司产品和服务的使用情况，并记录相关信息，建立和维护客户资料。
5.负责市场信息的收集与分析, 寻找销售机会，配合客户经理完成公司的销售任务。
岗位要求：
1.高中（含）以上学历。
2、具备优秀的电话沟通技巧、表达技巧和销售技巧。
3、具有较强的团队合作意识与服务意识；熟练操作电脑办公软件。
4、良好的语言表达能力，语言组织能力强、思维反映灵敏，了解客户的心理。
5、有一年以上电话销售经验者优先考虑
