1. Process control and improvement

1. Evaluate and improve the process to keep all operation in safe condition

2. Work with other department to establish related document to control all key process, such as work instruction, standard work, FMEA etc..

3. Cooperate with quality engineer to improve quality level continuously. PDCA way to solve problem when it happened.

4. Lean implement including capacity study and optimization, material flow improvement etc to continuous improve productivity and reduce scrap.

5. Control budget and reduce the operation cost.

6. Design new tools and fixture



2. New product transfer or R&D

1. Cooperate with other team member well in project.

2. Responsible for related document and flow chart establishment, tools and production line preparation before new sample building in time.

3. Follow the whole process from sample building to mass production, meanwhile, train the worker as well.

4. Material localization in new product transfer.

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent design experience.

2. Computer aided design experience. 2 years above in 2D or 3D CAD modeling experience

3. Proven Innovative thinking. Self-starter and motivated to succeed.

4. English is good in writing, reading and oral.

5. More than 5 years in related field.

6. Good interpersonal skill and decision making.

7. Logic thinking and work in stress
