You are responsible for the project procedure and instruction of special request in Systems Wuxi, from first receipt of an RFQ(request for quatation) down till the project closure. And administer of all the Systems and tools in Systems Wuxi.
Your tasks and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates via project audits.
? Developing and managing project policies, procedures, templates, and other shared documentation (organizational process assets).
? Identifying and developing project management methodology, best practices, and standards.
? Administer all the systems and tools in Systems Wuxi
? Provides for / coordinates the processing of the project in systems.
? Supports Systems / Customer centers where necessary.
? Willing to travel abroad, limited in duration and number.
? Internally you have contact with production methods, procurement, testing, marketing, design department, production， shipping, finance.

Your external contacts include: suppliers, Airtec / Wuxtec Engineering, GECIA, Systems centers, Engineering contractors, customer centers, customers, inspection agencies, Service.
You will report to the Support team leader in Systems Wuxi.

Main Requirements:

Experience requirements
? Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English
? Knowledge of project (proposal / contract) management
? Smooth with IT tools such as Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, ...
? Experience with international contractors and Oil & Gas segment is a plus.
?Wide knowledge of Oil-Free Air products is a plus
