The E com/ web site Assistant is responsible for operating E com store www.hsccshop.com. He or she will therefore be in charge of the following tasks:
1. Manage, operate and optimize along with marketing team E com site;
2. Manage customer service process (including online pre-sale service and after sale service, logistics) to maintain good customer relationship;
3. Manage product catalogue, update product information, follow up and supervise all the product prices;
4. Manage content, including homepage and other textual and visual information. Liaison with vendor and back office in India;
5. Analyze customer consumption psychology and consumption behavior, decide and manage promotion methods (including display ads, merchandising, Email & SMS marketing) along with marketing team;
6. Monthly report about sales, marketing and product data analysis;
7. Has to achieve the sales target and KPI objectives
Qualifications
We require our E com Assistant Manager to have the following qualifications:
1. Native Chinese speaker and proficiency in English
2.At least 1-year experience in B2C online sales, familiar with Other leading ecommerce platforms (JD , Yi xun, Shangpin or elleshop.cn) experience is a plus.
3. Familiar with all kinds of Tmall, Taobao marketing tools is a plus;
4. Proficient in MS Office on PowerPoint, Excel, Word;
5. Self-motivated working attitude and initiative sense of service, detail-oriented, diligent and independent;
6. Strong planning and organizing skills and a good team player
