Job Description
1.Mechanical Design experience or Electrical Design experience
2.Participate to technical design review activities with throughout the product development cycle and support the evaluation of alternative design and manufacturing options through a detailed trade-off analysis
3.Evaluate the proposed design solutions and manufacturing/assembly processes for all new NPI programs and existing production line
4.Evaluate volume production requirements and ascertain requirements and costing to calculate ROI
5.Organize and manage a detailed NPI and existing production line schedule covering all aspects of the product industrialization process
6.Generate and maintain/update as needed a set of product specific guidelines, checklists so to put the lessons learned at work and retain the specific process development and qualification know-how for all future references
7.Hand on during machine set-up and able to troubleshoot common machine problem

Requirements
1.Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2.Good knowledge and exposure in Industrial Automated Equipment design, CAD system, industrial components usage like bearings, motors, pneumatics system.
3.Ability to communicate and demonstrate technical expertise with internal and external customers and executive management
4.Ability to present and communicate technical information and data to internal and external customers.
5.Have experience in PLC and PC base will be advantages
6.3 year(s) of working experience in automation field is preferred for this position.
