职位描述
Job description
1. Must be able to read and understand electrical circuit schematics and be conversant with RF & Electronics principles and terminology.
2. Failure analysis of electrical components;
3. Use oscilloscope, Signal Analyzer, Spectrum analyzer, Network Analyzer for measurement; Preferably Agilent, Litepoint and Rohde & Schwarz test equipment.
4. Able to pick and drive closure to HW and SW issues affecting product performance. Requires generating needed test scenarios, collecting data, and collaborating with appropriate team and suppliers internally and externally.
5. Can set-up FA test station.
6. Deliver FA results on time and drives test processes improvements, inclusive of the process, parts, and the needed design changes resulting from the analysis process.
7. Use of X-Ray or make analysis with X-Ray machine is a plus.
Desired skills and experience
1. Minimum BS Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
2. 4-6 years working experience in RF product diagnostic and with mobile phone, tablet or laptop be priority.
3. Fluent in English language, both in written and oral; able to speak Mandarin is a plus (for foreign candidates).
4. Experience in FA of electronics consumer products (mobile phone, tablet, laptop) and RF (Telecoms) products.
5. Electronics manufacturing background (preferably RF and Consumer electronics PCBA) and/or Manufacturing Assembly background.
6. Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities required.
7. Create and interpret reports such as cPK, GR&R, pareto and 8D.
8. Previously worked with foreign customers.
