-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in WUXI,we are looking for a Incoming quality engineer.

What are my responsibilities?

- Ensure the incoming inspection parts meet all standards and specified requirements; Ensure a positive quality image internally & externally through creating and driving processes, communication and follow up on related quality issues in a pro-active manner.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Provide and implement work instruction, inspection & test plan for parts, Components

2. Monitor and support the incoming inspection to ensure the compliance with the planned quality management requirement

3. Drive related people to solve quality issues as quickly as possible with professional communication to those affected suppliers

4. Be responsible for supplier performance KPI statistic and monitor the trend.

5. Train and develop the skill of the testers and inspectors

6. Take initiative to improve the quality management system and product quality in responsible area

What else do I need to know?

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering

2. Above 3 years working experience, experience of supplier quality management /engineering

3. ISO9001 internal auditor is a plus

4. Good English skill both in oral and written (able to communicate with foreigners fluently)

5. Strong teamwork spirit, independent, systematical work approach
