Job Responsibility:

1. Participates as a project team member in the specification, design, development and test of hardware for motor driver;

2. Schematic design and PCB layout design;

3. Responsible for Digital and Analog hardware design for new projects and write functional specification;

4. Work with software design engineer and mechanical/ structure engineer to define Technical Specification and participate in problem resolving;

5. Test digital ,analog hardware and complete product;

6. Support certification processes of the product.

7. Give engineering support for daily production.

8. Take responsibility or guide other engineer for cost down project or module/component local sourcing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in power electronics, electronics or related;

2. Strong technical background in design of drive systems. 5 years related experience is mandatory.

3. Knowledge in simulation, testing and measurement in power electronics and analog design;

4. Basic knowledge in CE/UL/Safety standards;

5. General understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and ensuring PCBs are adequately designed for manufacturability and testing;

6. Be familiar with design tools such as mentor, Altium, Protel, Orcad, etc.

7. Fluent English in oral and written.
