职责/ Responsibilities :
1. 协调各级流程，时间安排，计划及人力，最大程度实现运营目标。 Supervise all project implementation, , including progress, scheduling, cost planning, and labor relations to achieve operational target.
2. 起草合约，参与议价和对供应商（承包商）的管理。Prepare, negotiate, and amend clauses in contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
3. 起草和设立预算机制，做程序记录，实施追踪报告，贯穿计划，组织，直属管理，设备维护，系统追踪等。 Prepare and submit budget estimation, record project progress, and control the cost：Plan, organize, and arrange activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems
4. 突发情况的应对，如：延迟，天气，现场各种紧急情况。 Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies on- site.
5. 供应商及合作伙伴的评估。 Evaluate and rank the performance of Vendor/Supplier /sub-contractors
6. 项目完成后向团队提供全面的数据。 Provide projects data to team after completing project


要求 / Qualification:
1. 本科学历 Bachelor graduate education
2. 5年以上的相关制造型企业项目管理工作经验。 At least 5 years of proven experience in project management in a manufacturing company
3. 熟悉中国的相关法律条文。 Good knowledge in construction policy and law in China
4. 很好的项目管理能力和实际解决问题的经验。 Strong project management and problem-solving skills with extensive hands-on experience, and has potential and willing to grow.
5. 直接的，积极的，能很好沟通的。 Direct, proactive, clear verbal/written communicator – up/down/lateral
6. 能流利的使用双语，口语和书面语。Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory
7. 妥善的人际沟通技巧 --- 出色的领导者和参与者，根据领导需求参与运营管理。 Solid interpersonal skills, excellent team-leader and team-player and empathetic to needs and practices of senior management and field operations
8. 自发自律，努力工作。 Self-motivated, disciplined and hard workin
