职责

Responsibilities

1. 搬运型材，检查型材表面质量。

Convey profile and check the surface quality of the profile.

2. 开机后空转5-10次，检查冲床运转情况，填写维护记录表。

Run the punching machine without loading for 5-10 times after turning on the machine.

Check the running condition of the machine. Fill in the record form of maintenance.

3. 根据工作订单及作业指导书的要求, 针对不同产品或不同工序选用不同的模具。

According to the working order and working instruction choose a die aiming at different product or different process.

4. 正确安装冲压模具。

Mount punching die on the punching machine correctly.

5. 每种型材冲压后根据作业指导书要求进行首件检测，填写测量记录表，同时用清洗液擦拭表面油污。

After profile of a different kind being punched, check the first one according to the working instruction. Fill in measure record form and wipe away oil and dirt on the surface with some detergent.

6. 工作中时刻注意机器运转情况，如果发现异常情况立即停机，向班长汇报。

Keep an eye on the running condition of the machine. If find any problem, stop the machine immediately and report it to the shift leader.

7. 工作结束后将合格品入库，正确填写看板和生产日报表，清扫工作场地，擦拭机床，清理周边的铝屑。关闭电源。

After work ends, move qualified products into the warehouse, fill in Kanban and production daily report correctly, sweep the working area, wipe the machine body and clean up chips nearby. Turn off the power.

1. 学历 Education Background

★高中、中专学历 High school or Technical secondary school

2. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★冲压机操作技能达到合格标准。能够完全按照产品作业指导书的要求冲压型材。

Punching operator’s working skill should be qualified. Punch profile according to the working instruction wholly.

★能够操作普通冲床，了解五金模具。

Be able to run simple punching machine and have some basic knowledge of hardware moulds.

★能识机械图纸。

Understand mechanical drawing.

★能够正确使用各类手工量具。

Be able to use all kinds of manual gauges correctly.

★了解5S的基本内容和看板的原理。

Have some basic knowledge of 5S and understand the principle of Kanban.

4. 经验 Experience

★1年以上冲床操作工作经验。

5. 个人素质 Personality

★具有强烈的责任心，具备团队合作精神，工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作。
