Responsibility:
1.Inspection and control of the production process according to specifications and requirements of the company；

2.The responsibility for carrying out checks in the process of pressing, grinding, heat treatment, as well as the knowledge of the other checks for possible representation of inspectors of the quality of the final operations；

3.Compliance with the procedures for the inspection, control, processes the product error；Material, process and shipment inspection
符合厂产品检验、程序控制、巡检过程中的产品误差检验，以及一般来料、生产过程控制检验、巡检及出货检验
4.Check the FIRST OFF the samples for the individual operations；
检验首样
5.The provision of control samples for testing and tests；
为测试和测试控制提供样品
6.Preparation of the profiles for IR furnaces and their transmission to the approval of the engineer quality process；

7.Participation in audits (internal, external, procedural) and in the teams；

11.The use of SOFTWARE tools for the promotion of quality (Winprod, Delirium, IS SAP) and other tools of the quality ；

12.Compliance with the standards of the quality of processes and products, when deviations from the standard quality to ensure the necessary steps to the remedy ；

13.Maintaining the cleanliness of the work enviroment；
保持工作环境的清洁
14.Performance of the work in accordance with the regulations for safety and hygiene of work, protection of the environment ；

15.The timely performance of tasks under the orders of the superior；
在上级的命令下及时反馈测试结果

Requirement:
1.At least 2 years mechanical related working experience；
2年以上机械相关工作经验
2.Education background: middle school or above, understand the mechanical blueprint is a must；
中专以上学历，能读懂机械图纸优先
3.Familiar with measure and inspection tools；Proficient in using computer
能熟练使用量具、检具；熟练使用电脑
4.Earnest work and strong working ability, be self motivated, altitude sense of responsibility,strong learning capability are all required；
工作仔细认真，有较强的动手能力及自我激励精神，高度的责任感
5.Know the importance of the quality and the requirements of safety, observes strictly；
懂得产品质量和安全需求的重要性,并严格遵守
6.Have the experience in machining and injection molding is a plus.
