Job Responsibilities:
1,Responsible for mastering and following up of elevator technology development trends over china and abroad, make proposals for the new research direction about the new technology and new product, make out yearly R&D Working Plan for Technical Dept. and organize the implementation.
2,lead and make out large-scale project development plan, monitor the implementation status;
3,Design new elevator products and make sampling, develop the technical drawings and various technical documentation for the new elevator and finish the test and get the issued certifications from the government.
4,Responsible for the technology improvement, optimize products performance and lower the cost;
5, Responsible for technical trainings and seminars or relevant technology activities;
6, Support Sales & Marketing, Production and Installation;
7,Responsible for establishing perfect products Standards, Processing Technology Documentations and Drawings;
8, timely follow the implementation of the Elevator Technology Development Planning and monitor the implementation, and responsible for the implementation status.
Qualification:
1, B.SC.or above, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Major, have accepted elevator technology management training;
2, more than 8 years of working experience in lift industry;
3, familiar with elevator products, preferable if the candidate has high rise elevator design experience;
4, familiar with Computer Usage;
5, good personality, innovative spirit and excellent communication.
