Responsibility：
Main contact window for foreign and local customers during NPI build stages.
Able to provide cost analysis of test stations and preparation of test quotations.
Resources and test station set-up planning.
Lead functional test station set up, buy off, verification and maintenance.
Data analysis of daily test status, continuously improves the test yield and reduce NPF (No Problem Found) at test stations.
Work with team for whole process optimization and project transfer.
Responsible for new projects/equipment set up and buy-off.

Desired skills and experience：
Minimum BS Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
At least 5 years of NPI project transfers work experience in the electronics manufacturing company, working on Test Engineering portion.
Have Back-end and FATP (Finished Goods) testing experience
Have SMT process assembly overview/background experience
Excellent in English language, both in written and oral.
Previously worked with foreign customers;
Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities required.
Create and interpret reports such as cPK, GR&R, pareto and 8D
Has good leadership capabilities and good technical knowledge in electrical engineering
Test development experience is a plus.
Knowledge in test equipment maintenance, preferably from electronics manufacturing industry.
Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities (written and oral) required.
Hard-working, good team work & with self-initiative.
Excellent leadership skill.
