Job Content:

• Supervises, tests compliance of all materials and services. Analyzes defects in process,
  procedures, materials and products and recommends corrective measures to maintain quality
  standards. Maintains and continually improves the quality system (including ISO 9000).
• Work with supplier & internal other departments, for component & process systematic continuously quality improvement, preventive & corrective action.
• Coordinates and facilitates development of training programs for employees. Continuously
  improves and streamlines the process, developing human resources through formal and informal
  training such as cross training, participation in Kaizen events and classroom training.
• Develops, implements, and manages strategic and tactical programs to achieve budgeted
  warranty levels. Responsible for warranty analysis and corrective action programs. Communicates
  quality/warranty performance data to all relevant plant personnel for corrective action.
• Interfaces with customer service and engineering to assist in design and contract
  reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are understood and incorporated.
• Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or electrical /electronic.
• Min. 8 years work experience in quality or in production for mechanical or electrical industry, prefer automobile industry.
• Professional skill or experience in plastic, motor, casting, rubber, PCB, metal, fasten, machining, assembling process etc.
• Familiar with QC tools such as Pareto/ histogram/ control chart etc, has the knowledge of SPC/Cp & Cpk /APQP/PPAP/Cause & effect/CTQ/FMEA /ISO 9001/SOP/8D/SCAR/Control plan etc.
• Continuously improvement activity for the supplier & process failure or preventive action for the potential failure.
• High problem solving & trouble shooting ability, with strong determination & fast response.
• Good English skill and communication skill
