Job description
1、Primary responsible for local IT support and secondary responsible for regional IT support
2、Serve as technology specialist for region in any area(s) specified in collaboration with the IT Regional Manager
3、Serve as group IT evangelist by sharing best practices with users and surfacing local feedback to IT regional manager
4、Actively pursue knowledge of best IT practices within Magotteaux, an geographically-dispersed environment which demands this proactivityProvide local service desk (with regional synergy) in line with the Corporate Global service desk
5、Escalate the incidents or requests when necessary to vendor support
6、IT Account for a specific site in collaboration with the Regional IT manager:
7、Participate in transversal global projects
8、Deliver and implement IT Corporate solutions in line with the agreed SLA for users located in the assigned site(s) (with regional synergy)
9、Deliver and implement local IT solutions (application and infrastructure) with respect of IT Corporate framework and constraints
10、Write technical and functional documentation (both local language and English as mandatory) for the local.
Requirement
1、Bachelor Degree or above in related IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering field.
2、ITIL knowledge experience is a plus
3、Be familiar with Windows 7/XP, Windows 2K3/2K8 Domain, Active Directory / GPO / DNS, Office 2010, Outlook 2010, MS SharePoint, Citrix, Server Knowledge (OS, VMware, Monitoring, ….), Productivity tools knowledge (Office, BaaN/SAP, …, Local tools), Networking essentials, OSI model-based troubleshooting methodology
4、English is a must and the local language of the site
5、2 - 5 years’ experience in IT, ideally in an Industrial environment
6、Experience in project planning, initiation and organization is a plus
7、PMI, Prince2 or a certification in another project management methodology are a plus
8、International environment experience is a plus
