The aim of the position is: Development and sustainment of profitable and innovative product portfolio.
Autonomous and responsible development of CAD models and product documentation within the project according to GIP to achieve quality, time and cost targets.

Requirement:
- Do concept, calculation and design for products, modules and parts. (Sheet metal, packaging)
- Person ensures achievement of quality, time and cost targets by me-thodical development of concept alternatives. He evaluates the choice of the final concept systematically.
- Coordination of all product information to adjacent areas. Coordination of product changes for the whole product lifecycle. The 3D models will be set up according to all rules and norms.
- Documents are: 3D models, drawings, BOMs, specification
- QFD, FMEA, tolerance calculation, GIP
- Information exchange to adjacent areas to achieve quality, cost and time target.
- Cooperation with suppliers.
- Cross check of drawing of other projects regarding the Vaillant norms.
Education / Know-how
and experience / training: Mechanical engineering (Bachelor, Master) with focus on construction. Pro-E, GIP, FMEA, at least 5 years work experience in manufacturing com-pany; skills and know-how in the field of development methods and provi-sions, good English language competence. SAP experience is preferred.
