The aim of the position is: Development of cost-effective and high qualitative components and systems to control heating and warm water appliances.



Tasks: Description:


Product development
- Development of sensors and actuators and their functions according to GIP including achievement of time, quality and cost targets.
- Defining and testing of the fault codes.

Integration and Test
- Definition, integration, validation and test of the developed control algo-rithms and components.
- Development of the required test environment for that.
- Documentation of the developed control algorithms.

Analysis and evaluation of the alternatives
- Development analysis and systematical evaluation and choice of the develop alternatives

Methodical development
- The development of the product functionality and control algorithms have to follow the V-Modell. The application engineer is the owner to guide the development with V-Modell and functional description (flow charts).

Communication
- Information exchange with adjacent areas and cooperation with suppli-ers. Especially he is responsible to get all required information from ther-mal, hydraulic, electronic and design engineer to fill the V-Modell.

Parts under responsibility
- Drawing and definition of the harness, sensors, actuators, Electrodes, Fan, APS, gas valve temperature sensors for functional description

Requirement:
Education / Know-how
and experience / training: Electronic engineering (Bachelor, Master) at least 3 years work experience; good knowledge in development methods; good English language competence. SAP experience is preferred.
