Description:
- Conceive, calculate and adjust products, assembly and single component

- Ensure that quality targets, costs and responsibility guidelines can be reached through methodical plans of concept alternatives and different systematical choices / estimations

- Build and document the 3D-models and supporting documents (drawings, item lists, specifications) through observing laws, instructions and standards; coordinate all product information to the conterminal areas until serial fully developed

- Implement and evaluate the preventive QS- methods (QFD, FMEA, tolerance calculation, fishbone diagrams, DoE, …)

- Plan, implement and evaluate tests and simulations systematically to determine the system features, especially the praxis suitability of all relevant components

- Information exchange with involved, conterminal areas and then ensure the cooperation negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost targets, quality targets and delivery time targets
- Implement tasks on time
- Handle the projects on the basis of Vaillant norm




Education /
Know-how and experience: Mechanical engineering (Bachelor above), min. 3 years working experience, knowledge at development method and regulations, good communication skill in English
