Mission
? Identify the segments that we can profitably develop our business in within the divisionsal mission of “onsite generators” and in the concept of “Predictable Power”.
? Identify the product specs and cost structures needed in order to achieve the growth in these segments.
? The main responsibility of the divisional marketing department is to ensure that the divisional targets in terms of market share and consolidated contribution are reached, by providing the Customer centers and the distribution network with leading, state-of-the-art products, marketing tools, market support and guidance.
? In close cooperation with the Customer centers and the sales network it is your responsibility to convert customer requirements, applications and market demands into Master Specifications for new Product Development. You will function as a prime interface between Marketing and Engineering in the development process and will play an active key role within the product development teams around the world.
? In close cooperation with the VP Marketing and the involved customer centers it is also your responsibility to develop and implement appropriate marketing plans / actions and product-pricing strategies to reach objectives of profit and market share for your product line worldwide.
? As Divisional Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the consolidated profitability of your product range.


Experience & Educational requirements
The successful candidate should have a degree in engineering or marketing or similar through experience.
A professional background with sales and marketing.
Thorough understanding and experience in the generator business in the region.
Solid understanding of the sales process, products and applications in the Construction market is a big plus.
Good command of English is essential.
Experience and understanding of project management is a requirement.
