岗位职责(Job description)：

1. Be responsible for the construction of the new plant;
2. Well manage the whole process of the project, ensure the project finish in time;
3. Well manage the construction contractor(s) to ensure compliance with relative regulations of company and country;
4. Be responsible for the construction quality and safety;
5. Well manage the construction cost;
6. Be responsible for relative legal documentation of the project
7. Re responsible for property management after construction
8. Coach, motivate, and develop your team members

岗位任职能力与资格要求(Competence and qualification)：

Experience requirements
Above 5 years’ relative working experience in manufacturing enterprise, construction project management experience will be preference,
Good experience of project management, have a good relationship with related government department.
Knowledge
Good English and computer skills.
Educational requirements
Bachelor degree or above，majoring in construction or relative area.
Personality requirements
Good planning, implementation, communication, coordination and leadership skills
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
